Ukrainian Easter Egg are made with wax resist method. The stylus is a writing tool, which is used for writing on an egg with hot beeswax.  A small piece of beeswax is put in the head of a stylus, which is heated in the flame of a candle.

  1. Fresh well-formed eggs

  2. Stylus

  3. Aniline dyes

  4. Beeswax

  5. Candle

  6. Pencil

  7. Spoons

  8. Soft cloth and paper towels

  9. Oil-based varnish

  10. Egg-blower
